1. Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of the following words and terms used in this document are clarified below:

• "bajji" or "Platform" — The bajji.lat website and all services operating under it.
• "User" or "You" — Any registered or unregistered person who uses bajji's services on this platform.
• "Account" — A personal profile created by registering on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — A financial stake placed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) on any game or sports event.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional extra funds or benefits granted to a user by bajji.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The betting target that must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use services on the bajji platform:

• The user must be at least 21 years of age.
• The user must be a valid individual and must use this platform voluntarily.
• Residents of any jurisdiction where online gaming is legally prohibited are not permitted to use the platform.
• bajji may request documents for age or identity verification at any time.

3. Account Registration & Identity Verification

All information provided during account registration on bajji must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be immediately suspended.

3.2 KYC Verification

bajji may request any of the following documents at any time to confirm a user's identity:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of residence (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold.

3.3 Account Security

Users are required to keep their login credentials confidential. Full responsibility for maintaining account security lies with the user. If unauthorized access is suspected, contact [email protected] immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

bajji currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket
• Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank)

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum limit, however the daily limits of banks and mobile banking services may apply.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn if the active bonus wagering requirement has not been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bajji offers new users a 150% bonus of up to ৳15,000 on their first deposit.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500.
• Example: Deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳37,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not on the total (deposit + bonus) amount.

• Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has its own validity period — if wagering is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• bajji reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• If bajji detects bonus abuse, the associated winnings may be cancelled.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and sports betting on bajji are conducted according to specific rules. The following general rules apply across all categories:

• If a technical error occurs in any game, the relevant round may be declared void and the bet amount will be returned.
• In sports betting, bets are settled only after the event result has been confirmed from an official or recognized source.
• bajji reserves the right to hold or cancel a bet if a suspicious betting pattern is detected.
• If abnormal winnings occur due to a game software error, bajji may cancel them.
• A bet will not be accepted if there is insufficient balance in the user's account.

7. Fair Use Policy

bajji is committed to ensuring a fair and balanced gaming environment. Users of this platform must follow the fair use policy below:

• Bonuses and promotional offers may only be used honestly and for their intended purpose.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any robotic method is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the game system is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajji and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of winnings:

• Making deposits using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Conducting activities that are damaging or disrespectful to bajji's reputation.
• Attempting to breach platform security through automated scripts or hacking.

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Suspension by bajji

bajji may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts.

9.2 Closure by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account by contacting [email protected]. Before closing the account, all applicable bonus requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance must be withdrawn.

10. Responsible Gaming

bajji does not accept any obligation to provide compensation beyond the actual deposited balance under any circumstances.
